Pilates and Yoga Conditioning
The Pilates method focuses on core conditioning of the trunk muscles.Yoga postures focus on increasing range of motion for all the joints ofthe body. Together, these twomethods can result in the followingbenefits:

A customized Pilates/yoga session will be designed for your needs, with the optional use of portable equipment to modify the exercise and to provide variety for yourprogram.
Studio clients will also have the use of a Balanced Body studio reformer and tower for the Pilates equipment-based series.

Thai Bodywork
This flowing sequence of bodywork, which originates from the traditional healing arts of Thailand, blends facilitated stretches, manual compressions and gentle rocking actions to open the energy lines of the body. Benefits include:

* detoxifies soft tissues
* reduces swelling/edema
* increases circulation
* enhances lymphatic drainage

A traditional Thai Bodywork session will flow from supine, side lying, prone and seated positions to tap into the major energy or sen lines, while stretching muscles and fascia, and releasing trigger points.
The Thai Bodywork session is conducted fully clothed on a mat on the floor.
