DREAM
The Dream session begins with a vision of goals. Through a goal setting activity, you will identify your priority. You will be equipped with at least one SMART goal as the start of your action plan for change. The Dream 25-minute session is an introductory offer and is limited to one per person.
CHANGE
The Change package includes two video conferencing sessions, with a more in-depth discussion on your dreams through a mindmapping exercise. Design your top goals into an action plan. The second session will also be an accountability check-in. Each weekly session is up to 25 minutes in length.

TRANSFORM
The Transform package includes five video confencing sessions, beginning with a mindmapping activity, followed by SMART goal setting. You will start implementing your action plan after the first session. The longer package faciltates the development of short term and longer term goals, and regular accountability check-ins. Each weekly session is up to 25 minutes.
